Charge 3 won't receive notifications after upgrading phones

I changed phones from iPhone to a Samsung and now I am not getting notifications like text messages and phones calls coming through too my Fitbit. Help very frustrating. Thank you.

In order to solve this issue, please follow the steps below:

• Unpair your Fitbit device from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
• Force quit the Fitbit app.
• Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
• Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
• Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
• Set up your Fitbit device again.
• If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
• Set up notifications on your Fitbit device with your new phone.

thank you I will try it. However, I need to confirm that my FITBIT is a
CHARGE 3. not a versa, Please let me know if the instructions you gave me
are still correct. Thanks so much.

@Kgibs Of course!  And yes, those steps will also work if you have a Charge 3 or any other Fitbit device.
