Charge 3 won't receive notifications from OnePlus 6

Hello,

Since couple of days my watch is no longer sending notifications (SMS/mails etc)

Looking at the notifications settings it says notifications center is not running and I shall reboot. However rebooting my phone and my watch does not solve the issue.

I noticed uninstalling the app and Installing it again works... For 2/3 notifications.

I'm using a OnePlus 6 (Android 9) if it may help.

Any idea how to fix this issue ?

Thank you in advance for your help

Best regards

I'm having the same problem....same phone. It's been happening since August and customer service has not been helpful at all. I briefly got it to work today, after doing all the recommended troubleshooting but it went down again a few hours later and all my attempts to get it back up have not worked. I'm really frustrated!

Hello,

Refreshing this post as having a smart-no-that-smart watch is kinda frustrating... I recently got friends asking me if they should buy some Fitbit product (when they noticed I got a charge3), I might consider to suggest them looking for other brand 😕

Hello @MarreFitbit ,

Any news about this issue?

I'm really considering to give up having an accurate answer and see what competitors could provide to replace my watch (I gave up to call it a smart watch).

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Best regards,
