Best I can tell I get all the notifications I have set up except text messages. I’ve done everything suggested to correct it. This is very inconvenient.
I'm no tech expert, but I don’t understand how your tech department can’t figure out how to correct this issue.

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is updated to latest version. If you recently updated to iOS 13, you may have to adjust some settings on your iPhone or iPad. For more information, see: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I have not been able to receive text message alerts since IOS updated. Nothing on this forum or on the link you provide work. Fitbit needs to fix this soon otherwise you need to remove that this device receives text messages as it appears false now. Especially as I see many users have the same issue.What is the ETA for a correction to be in place as this has now been more than 1 month with this issue.

@MarreFitbit where is the fix? Posted in November. Issue since October. Still no text messages to my Fitbit?
Doesn’t seem like Fitbit is too concerned fo fix as this is a long time with an issue with no resolution. Not what I call customer service.
Feel like I need to consider another product. Would like a date when this problem will be fixed or might as well move on.

I’m betting we never receive text messages again on our Charge 3.
Find it really hard to believe it could take this long to correct any kind of issue.

I also cannot receive my text messages on my Fitbit. This has been since November, 2019. I have tried all the suggestions on the forum and nothing. When would this be regulated.

is there any news on this? I am getting ready to change devices which is sad as am a loyal Fitbit user. With all the technical people there, a fix cannot be made or a solution to us that are sitting with the issue.

I don’t understand why they won’t at least tell us why it stopped working.
I think it’s total BS. They’ve got to know why the texts stopped coming through. If they don’t they need some new IT folks. If it’s Apple blocking it or whatever they should let us know. I have been a loyal Fitbit user as well, but will most likely change when the time comes to get a new one.

Oh man... I guess I should have done my research better!! This was one of the main selling points between me getting a charge over a versa. I'm very disappointed that my charge isn't receiving notifications and it doesn't look like it will anytime soon 😞
