It has been months since there was san update that stopped all notifications and texts from coming in. How long does it seriously take to fix your mistake. I spend money on this piece of crap for nothing because it hasn’t worked more than half the time I have had it. Anyone know how to get the notifications and texts?

Hi there @Tammy317, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're going trough this situation, thanks for the steps you've tried so far.
I'd like to confirm that you've followed all the steps provided in the article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
NOTE: it is important that you turn OFF and back ON the Share System Notifications setting if it is on. 😉 Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps recommended in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
