Charge 3 won't receive notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 isn’t giving notifications for text, phone calls, meeting step levels. I have called and talked to the company 4 or 5 times and nothing has helped.

One person said it was a company issue but can’t tell me when it will be fixed. This has been going on over 3 weeks. I just started wearing this device about a month ago(more or less). i am not happy with this device or the customer support from the company. I would like some kind of help.

Welcome to the Community, @NitaEileen.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue. I recommend checking the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and make sure you have followed all the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome.

This has been going on for me as well.  I have done all the “tips” to try and get it fixed.  It’s not in sleep mode; my settings are correct; I’ve rebooted; I know when I charge it and when my alarm goes off it still vibrates.

Usually my charge does great- but this issue is causes HUGE problems.  I’m seriously considering looking for another tracker.

Thanks for getting back, @Ctate3774.

Can you please tell me which phone are you using? Please check the article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? and see if your phone is there.

Keep me posted.

Do we know if the fitbit charge 4 has the same issues?

This has been happening to me too. I, too, have done all the troubleshooting with no success. It is very frustrating and it would be great to get some clarification on timeline to fix. I don’t want to purchase a different product.

What they have told me is that they are aware of the situation and are working in it.  I have asked if there is an end time- they do not have one.  I have an IPhone X.
