Charge 3 won't receive notifications

Ever since the last apple software upgrade I have not been receiving text and call notifications on my Charge 3. I’ve tried removing and reconnecting and that did not work. When will this issue be resolved?

Thanks for troubleshooting this notifications issue. If this feature isn't working on your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing? and follow the instructions provided there.
