Charge 3 won't receive notifications

I'm not an iPhone user; I have android; Galaxy S10! so it's not the upgrade issue!!! I've contacted support multiple times; I've gone through all the stupid troubleshooting steps; no one seems to listen to my specific problem; I'm receiving all notifications EXCEPT for incoming text!! Calls are coming through; so why aren't my text messages.  Anyone else having this issue?  after going through all the troubleshooting steps with them (which was a waste of time; because I had already done it all on my own; I've had enough problems, and there's only so much you can do!)  I was told "we'll add you to the list of reported issues" seriously....that's all I get?  I want this resolved!!! My phone stays on silent and I rely on my watch to tell me when I miss something; this is NOT ok!!

I was told weeks ago there was a glitch on their end and they were working on this issue.  I, too am upset. I use that feature the most!!!  I wish FitBit would address this in a more timely manner. I have tried all the things they suggest without success.  Anyone out there found a solution on their own??? (Since customer service doesn't seem to be helping us!)

Any updates? I just received a new charge 3 and cannot get any notifications. I am an iphone user and this is my second chrarge 3. Has something changed? Would like to receive texts and calls.

I've got the same problem!! It always appears the message that I need to restart the phone but it doesn't help! I tried everything! Uninstalling the app, restart the phone and restart the Charge3... nothing worked!! It's very frustrating!

Any updates on a fix for this? I too am having the same issue with not receiving notifications and the sync to my phone's fitbit app often takes several tries to connect. Thank you!
