Charge 3 won't receive notifications

I have tried EVERYTHING! My Fitbit has stopped vibrating for notifications and it doesn't even tell me I have any when swiping down. I have reset it, reboot it, held down the button while on the charger, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked DND, checked notifications and NOTHING has worked. Please help!

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this notifications issue. If you are having problems with this feature, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and make sure you have followed the steps there.
