Charge 3 won't recharge

I've had no issues charging my fitbit in the past and the battery used to last days. Now all of a sudden the battery drained within an hour and won't charge. I have tried all the standard trouble shooting with no luck so far... Is there a way to send it off for repair or replacement?

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Before checking with Support if you can send your device I would like to verify if you tried these suggestions to help your tracker charge again as you didn't specify which troubleshoots you tried.

Thanks, after giving the watch and charger a clean and letting it deplete
of battery before charging again it seems to have recovered.
