I’ve noticed that my active minutes will not go passed 99. I’ll see my active minutes are at 99 and I will continue to work out and it won’t increase anymore. Looking in my history I have multiple days that say 99.
Any ideas?

This is very odd and I'd recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3, to see if that refreshes its performance. For this, please follow the steps suggested in this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
