Charge 3 won't register active minutes properly

I had over 100 minutes of active minutes and burned over 2200 calories today and now I am back to 0 minutes and under 1200 calories... super frustrating!

@vejjus, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your active minutes are not being registered properly. I totally understand how you feel about this.

In order to avoid this from happening, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Charge 3 earn active minutes.

Finally, monitor your Charge 3 and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

@JuanJoFitbit Thank you for the feedback.

Maybe my description earlier was not clear, but my Charge 3 watch did show the amount of active minutes and burned calories at the end of the day, however, after I synchronized it with my iPhone, the data got lost somehow. I restarted my watch, updated my Fitbit app, synchronized it again and again... but the data did not came back. 😪I really hope that it was only rare inconvenience and will not occur again.😊
