My charge has just started to not zero for steps after 12pm .
As of 6am thus morning I have done 15000 steps. I have tried to plug in and reset but it will not do this. Any suggestions

@Suzannepk Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the steps reset issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
Please make sure to follow the restart process that is advised in this help article, under the "Charge Series" section. After this, sync your device. Finally, monitor your Charge 3 and see if it resets your steps at midnight properly.

There is no reboot under more settings. Charge 3

@Emersonjheaf Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Please try the restart process by following these steps: press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
After this, make sure to charge your tracker completely and see if the issue gets fixed.
