Hi, @NareshG , I would recommend putting your Fitbit in a bag of uncooked rice for about 72 hours. The rice should absorb any water in your Fitbit. Keep it in rice longer if you can see or feel any signs of damp. After it has dried thoroughly, plug it in to charge as normal and give it at least two hours charge (even if it still seems to be unresponsive). When it has had two hours charge try the restart procedure using the instructions found here .
Good luck! Let us know how it goes.

Thanks , will try that out
I was thinking though that Fitbit might replace it , not sure if getting wet falls under same category (warranty )

Hi, @NareshG , the Charge 3 is an older device, so I don’t think it could be covered under warranty. In most jurisdictions the warranty is for one year. In the EU and a few other places it is two years, but even then I think your device is probably older than that.

Thanks again for the reply
returning due to some other issue only for 1 year is understood but water resistance should be for ever, no ?
it’s not that it’s water resistant for 1 year
