Charge 3 won't respond or charge, dead pixels

My charge 3 worked great until a few days ago. It is barely 1 yr old. It started by not responding. I was able to put it on the charger and get it to reactivate, but when it did there were lines of missing pixels on the screen. Now (2 days later) cannot get it to activate at all. Putting it on the charger does nothing, and the device simply gets hot after too long. I tried 2 different chargers.  I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and strategies listed, but I can no longer get it to wake, reset, or respond in any way.

For anyone else with this issue - I was able to contact support here - https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs

However, I was ONLY able to find the support contact/etc on desktop. I was still under warranty so they're sending a replacement.
