Charge 3 won't respond to anything

I've done the reset for the Charge 3, about 10 times, still nothing is working, no smiley...

I've plugged it into several different charger boxes and my compiuter.

I have a black screen, no vibrations, and the green light is constant on the back..

 

Please help
