My fit-bit 3 started vibrating crazily on my wrist this morning then the screen went completely blank.
The left side side button doesn't work, I've tried resetting my fit-bit, I've tried charging it but nothing will work, it's completely useless.
This is actually the 2nd fit-bit 3 I've had and both have stopped working completely. The first fit-bit stopped working completely, but was under warranty so was replaced.
This one, the second one, has completely stopped working and is also useless, unusable.
For the cost of the product, it's ridiculous that the two of them I've had (first one under warranty) have gone through the same process and rendered them completely stop working rendering them completely useless and unusable.
I see this is a common problem in multiple other threads on here yet no answers are forthcoming.
As has been suggested in all the other threads on this issue, I cannot 'change the clock face' as I can't gain access to my fit-bit 3 at all.
What can be done to restart my 2nd fit-bit 3? I would like to receive a replacement should this not happen.

The same for my CHARGE3 starting blinking and vibrating.
I cannot manage it anymore ...

Same issue for me…including having a 2nd one which was replacement. I’m done with FitBit. I’m going to move on to another brand.
Mine doesn’t even respond while charging so these instructions won’t work for me. Also my face doesn’t work either. These things are pieces of junk
