I have my fitbit all charged but when I push the button on the side it doesn't show anything on the screen how do I get that to come up again it's a blank screen

Mine is doing the same thing. The reset doesn't work, it's fully charged and I've changed the clock with no screen showing. I synced to the app and vibrates but the screen stays black.

I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing works. It just vibrates when I try to reboot while charging and I get an error message saying device not near it powered on when I try to change clock face.

@Jmm2005 I am sorry to hear you're experiencing the same issue with your device. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. Since you've tried to restart the device and change a clock face, I recommend doing a long restart:

I did contact support team, but got no resolve. My screen is still blank, still having issues with syncing and unable to reset device. This is my 3rd fit bit device and the 2nd consecutive device to have issues. The first being an 2nd hand Alta that worked perfectly, the 2nd Alta HR that had battery issues within the warranty thankfully, and now my charge 3 that I've had since March 2019 and isnt covered under the warranty. At this rate I'm considering purchasing another brand, even though I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my Charge 3. I cant run the risk of another faulty device.

The long reset doesn't work. There's two vibrations and nothing changes on the screen while holding down the button. By screen has been black for days. The app is up-to-date and my fit bit will still sync.
