I just got my Charge 3 today. When I was setting it up through my iPhone, the app said that there was an update and applied it. The update failed multiple times and I have tried several tips I've found on this forum. I switched my iPhone' Bluetooth on and off, restarted my iPhone for a few times, and removed my Fitbit from my account. When I tried restarting my Fitbit, the screen just went black and won't turn back on. And the fitbit itself became very hot to the touch.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed by this experience. I didn't expect all these problems from a fresh-out-of-the-box fitbit.
