Charge 3 won't restart and has multiple lines on the screen

So after getting my original charge 3 replaced in October 2020 due to lines appearing on the screen. The same issue has occurred with the replacement along with additional problems of the screen being very slow to respond to swipes and not being able to restart the device.

I've tried changing clock faces, resetting via settings (made no difference) and restarting via charger, however it won't restart either. 

Lines on the face are even worse than the last time and it's almost impossible to read some areas. 

Can't believe how many people experience this issue and that it's happened again with the replacement.
