My charge 3 wasn't staying on awake mode, kept reverting to sleep. I plugged it in to restart and it won't restart the device. It wasn't recognising it at all or charging. It's now charging sporadically after contacts cleaned but it still won't restart the device. Is there customer support by email available? I'd prefer not to chat or tweet.

Charge 3 —press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
