I just got my charge 3 yesterday, i had started to do the setup but unfortunately my wifi was down so it was unable to do the last update, keep trying to do the update but could never complete. So I just unpaired it and figured I would try again but I'm not getting the 4 digits coming up on the screen and its also not even charging either. I have cleaned it even though its brand new, I've checked the prongs, I've even plugged it in and held down the button for 15 seconds to see the smiley face to then unplug it and then replug it and still isn't charging. So I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do. As like I said its brand new so there shouldn't be anything wrong with the cable etc.
