I was given a Charge 3 (1yr old) and managed to sync to my phone. Then I cleared the last users data, which in-synced the device from my phone.
i am now unable to set up the charge 3.
i have tried to restart the charge
I’ve restarted my phone and installed latest updates and latest app
turned Bluetooth off and on
anyone had a similar experience and able to help?!

Needed to delete the device from Bluetooth devices🤦🏻:female_sign:
