When I tap the screen of my charge 3 it won’t show anything.  But if I click the button on the side.  It will show my stats.   Why can’t I no longer touch my screen to show stats?

Hi @Triciahooey, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't show your stats or anything if you tap or touch the screen unless you press the button.

 

In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
