Charge 3 won't show my sleep data

I've had my Charge 3 for nearly 4 years now, and I've never had the sleep score or sleep duration show on the device itself. It just says "no score" and "no data". I have this info available on the app though. 

Recently I travelled to Europe for a holiday, and as soon as the device synced, and showed the local time, it started showing me both the sleep score and sleep duration.

Now I'm back in Australia, it's back to no data and no score.

I have to admit, it was really nice to have the info on my wrist, rather than having to look it up on the phone.

Any ideas how I can get the sleep info to show up on the device again?
