Charge 3 won't show the correct time

Hi There.  My screen displays the incorrect time and I cannot reset it to show the accurate time.  I am pulling out my hair and want to put this Fitbit down the garbage disposal. I am open to any and all suggestions.

Hi @Apickleball, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not keeping the correct time. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, sync your tracker and see if the time gets corrected.

Hello JuanJoFitbit,

 

Thanks for your help and suggestion.  I followed the instructions on the help article you sent.  No luck.  I tried several times and still no go.  It's going down the disposal this afternoon.  :((
