My Charge 3 won't stay charged. A few hours after fully charging the battery is dead again. Help!

@pepsigal51 I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding a charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Hi @pepsigal51, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't stay charged.

Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Charge 3. Finally, monitor your tracker and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.
