any other samsung users having issues with charge 3? my 2 worked great til i blew the screen. the 3 is very inconsistant and has various syncing issues. lots of incomplete data and phone restarts. help!?!?!?!?!

I have the S7 and it no longer will sync. Also cannot reset my Charge 3.

However, I'd like you to confirm if you've followed all the steps provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If so, let's try turning off Background Restrictions/Limitations: Phone settings > Apps & Notifications > Fitbit app > Background restrictions or Background limits.
Then, disable battery limitations:
