I received charge 3 for Christmas and have not had any issues until early July 2020. My Fitbit won’t stay paired, connected to Bluetooth and I also have the line on my screen. My phone is iPhone XR. I have done the fixes numerous times and nothing. As long as both are plugged in they will sync but once unplugged they lose their pairing
