Charge 3 won’t stay paired

For the last week, every morning when I wake up my Charge 3 has unpaired from my phone. I have tried every method to repair it and eventually it will pair but then I have the same issue the next morning and as of yesterday during the day as well. It will only seem to pair whilst on charge which obviously isn’t convenient. 
I have tried contacting customer service but received absolutely no help at all, I asked for a replacement tracker to simply be told no because they can see my tracker is syncing but they don’t seem to get that it’s only tracking because I’ve spent so much time pairing it again and again.

its 12pm and I’m about to go and try and pair my tracker for the 3rd time today before I do a workout. 
does anyone have a solution to this please? I’m this close to just buying an Apple Watch as I’m disgusted with the complete lack of support from fitbit themselves.

Hi @nicolemckx, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 doesn't stay connected to your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your most recent email in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.

We have the same issue . 
havibg rebooted everything- gave up - took a brand new pebble out to use that.( in the cupboard as a spare for 6 months)  The new one after an initial smile , won’t charge and therefore can’t pair to my wife’s phone . Thoughts?
