Charge 3 won't stay synced and it doesn't show the correct time

We have 2 Charge 3s.  I did the firmware update on my husbands. Now it won't keep the correct time.  Paired it yesterday and the time is off by almost 2 hours now. It won't pair or sync. I deleted and reinstalled. Issues with pairing and syncing. Jumped through every hoop. Paired it on an Android and an iPad. After multiple tries it finally pairs but it won't stay paired.  I get sync failed message.

Firmware 28.20002.88.11. Obviously a bad Firmware update.

These are less than a year old. Help.

I have tried ALL of these suggestions and more. This is a Firmware update
issue.
As stated, 2 identical Fit Charge 3's. The one without the Firmware update
works and one with does not work. Tried syncing on several devices to no
avail.
I've seen many other posts with this same issue.
When will you release a new update?
