We have 2 Charge 3s. I did the firmware update on my husbands. Now it won't keep the correct time. Paired it yesterday and the time is off by almost 2 hours now. It won't pair or sync. I deleted and reinstalled. Issues with pairing and syncing. Jumped through every hoop. Paired it on an Android and an iPad. After multiple tries it finally pairs but it won't stay paired. I get sync failed message.
Firmware 28.20002.88.11. Obviously a bad Firmware update.
These are less than a year old. Help.

Hi @Year2020, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 doesn't show the correct time and it won't stay synced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your tracker and see if it stays synced with your mobile devices and it shows the correct time.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
