My fitbit charge 3 starting vibrating constantly in the middle of the night. I took it off, plugged it in, and tried to reset it in the morning. Now it's both stuck on smiley face and constantly vibrating, even while plugged in. It won't connect through bluetooth and it won't reset. Help!

Hi @Jlem, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 got stuck on the smiley face and it vibrates constantly. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
