Charge 3 won't stop vibrating and won't hold a charge

my fitbit was vibrating constantly, so I restarted it. That worked for about a week or two, then it did it again. I restarted it and it seemed fine, but it would only hold a charge for about 6 hours. Now, I can't get it to work at all.

Mine is doing the same thing, constantly vibrating, several line across the screen, three hard resets and now it won't hold a charge if I can get it to act normally. Right now it has a black screen with a white line and it's connected to the charger. 

And no, there are no updates available.
