Charge 3 won't swipe / frozen display

Hello,

 

Since yesterday I noticed that the display of my Charge 3 is frozen.

 

Each time I push the button to activate the screen, it has updated the screen since last time the screen shut off, but the screen itself remains frozen at that time: the second hand does not move, the dasboard information won't change and swiping has no effect.

 

Based on suggestions on fora, I have performed both types of reset, without success unfortunately.
