My charge 3 will not swipe off the clock face

I don't understand your question.

I tried a number of suggestions, including yours and Fitbit Help staff.
Nothing worked. I was a week past the warranty. I bought a new unit.

If your tracker isn't swiping, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. 
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

We did that. It didn't work. Fitbit help staff tried, also. Nada. I ended
up getting a new unit.

Plug in your fitbit to charge, then long press the button on the side to restart.

 

If that doesn't work, go into the app settings and try changing the clock face. That worked for me.

my fitbit charge 3 wont let me tap or swipe i have done the troubleshooting i dont know what to do i have said i want a free replacement for my fitbit and they wont if you have a soulition for it please reply to email please

My Charge 3 will not swipe. I have tried restarting several times without success. I have also switched the clock but that did not work either. My Charge 3 is only 7 months old. Please help!
