My charge 3 will not swipe off the clock face

I tried all of the above to no avail.  I also could not charge.  Changing the clock worked for me as well. Thanks

I tried restarting my Charge 3 but it didn't help

I tried rebooting again and it worked! I think I was plugging it into the wrong connector on my computer the 1st time.  Thank you!

I had the same problem with my 5 week old fitbit.  Is this something that happens often?

Ch3 has always been dim, and I cannot read it well. All info syncs to app, but I can’t read anything. Only a white line displays.

It’s happening a lot recently. The Fitbit is about 2 years old

Restarting did not work for me. It still show the logo and fitbit.com/setup even though it's finished being setup.

Went to reset my clock face, and it worked to reboot my fitbit charge 3 too! I tried everything else and didn't want to just let it die as suggested. Thanks for posting.
