Charge 3 won't sync and app freezes

I am having trouble logging into my Fitbit App - it keeps freezing, so I cannot sync. The battery charge goes down like crazy - it was 100% 5 minutes ago, now at 95%.  It keeps going down pretty fast.  Thanks for any help.

About the app, is it updated? If it isn't, I recommend update it and see if your tracker syncs. Now the battery, if it isn't lasting the time it should, you can try out the tips in the article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?.

Hello, thanks for your help. This was very frustrating. I had a Charge 2
before the 3. I loved it, no problems. The only reason I had a Charge 3 is
it could get wet without worrying about it. But every time there is an
update, the time gets messed up and the battery thing was goi g weird too.
It usually fixes itself after doing all the things this website and others
say to try. I gave up on it after a month. I now have owned an Apple Watch
Series 5 for at least a month and absolutely love it. No problems, and it’s
been thru 2 updates. Thank you for your help!
