Hi. I have had my Charge 3 for about 6 months. All of a sudden it won't sync. I have the Fitbit App on two devices, my iPad and my Cell phone. The Charge 3 will not sync with either device and the apps on both devices say "no Device Found" every time I try to sync or refresh. I have carried out the following troubleshooting steps:
1.Switched Bluetooth on and off.
2.Rebooted the Charge 3 (twice)
3.Ensured both devices are fully up to date both with their OS and the latest version of the Fitbit App
4.Ensured neither device is near the other when trying to sync.
5.Switched both the iPad and Phone on and off.
6.Ensured all the devices are fully charged.
7.Both my iPad and Phone are picking up other devices on Bluetooth.
I first noticed this issue about two days ago when the Charge 3 started losing about 10 minutes of time overnight. I quite annoyed because it looks like I paid good money for a device which has failed after only 6 months and this is not good enough really. I'd like this sorted please.

OK and I think there was an update to the App about that time also, so I just wonder if this an issue with the latest update?

I have all the same problems. Probably started around same time. And no matter what I do it doesn’t sync at all. And the time difference on the fitbit to actual is vast.

I can’t get mine to sync to my IPhone yet again. It’s the 4th time now, and I’ve only had the Charge 3 for 6 months. I have a series of steps that usually work which include turning off my phone, resetting the Fitbit, resetting network settings on phone, deleting Fitbit app and reinstalling it. It’s crazy to have to do that to get it to sync... and this time , despite having tried 4 separate times over the last 2 days, it won’t sync. The final insult is that the Fitbit has lost 15 minutes of time

I have the same problems, my watch is now running 1hr 30 mins behind actual time So i can’t even use it as a watch. Ive also done all the troubleshooting tips but it still won’t sync.

I am having exactly the same problem since May 29 and have tried all the troubleshooting as well. Device is now 4 hours behind in time and will not sync. All other Bluetooth devices sync fine.

My Charge 3 hasn't synced since May 16. I have tried all of the items listed (
1.Switched Bluetooth on and off.
7.Both my iPad and Phone are picking up other devices on Bluetooth.)
as well as deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple times. I've quit trying to reach customer service.

I actually didn’t know about an update.. but this is getting really
annoying.. especially time is keep getting way different than the actual
time.. currently it’s almost 15 minutes less than the actual time.. I want
to contact Fitbit but don’t see how.. everytime it leads to this community
page or Twitter (I don’t have one) or DIY solutions and few other not
relevant ones.. 😡 how we can contact their after sale or customer support
team??

again and will look into the problem as I said there are many others have

As of his morning Fitbit was 12 hours behind and now the screen will not turn on and the green light is not flashing. When I hold down the button all I get is continuous vibrating for around 6 seconds until it stops. Getting ready to give up on Fitbit soon, way too many syncing issues.

How you guys going on with the Fitbit issue.. for me after trying several
things back and forth the support team sent me and loosing the charger 3 in
the app totally and failing to re setup as a new device, I did below steps
and got successful..
1. Switch off and On the Bluetooth on the phone.
2. On the app delete the existing charger 3
3. Reboot the Charger 3 by pressing and holding the side button for 15
seconds. Until the smiley face appears.
4. Try to set up as new device on the app.
5. If it doesn’t work delete the app
6. Restart the phone & download again the app
7. Reboot the charger 3 again
8. Log in to the app.
9. Set up & pair with BT as a new device.
It worked for me. (I have an iPhone) I cannot guarantee but will hopefully
works for you guys too. If nothing to loose try it and see what happens.
And please note the Charger 3 has to be in the charger when setting up.
Good Luck!

Well, bad news... It was synced and working only for a few hours and now
again it's not syncing hence started to show a different time than the
actual. 🙁
I can't reinstall the app every time it messed up and I don't know what
else to do...
it's frustrating..
