Charge 3 won't sync and it has lines on the display

My charge 3 all of a sudden has lines on the screen and  is displaying the wrong date znd time. I can not get it to reset or sync....any suggestions?

Thank you for the detailed information and for trying some troubleshooting steps. Regarding the display inconvenience, please make sure that you tried to restart your tracker by following the instructions from this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note that you can also restart your Charge 3 from your wrist as well.

 

For the syncing report, I'd recommend performing these tips from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
