Charge 3 won't sync and it shows the wrong time

Help ......... my charge 3 keeps loosing time and wont synchronise what can i do

The time might be off due to the syncing issue. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if it syncs properly and shows the correct time.
