I bought this Charge 3 new on June 20th. Since I bought it, I have had a lot of trouble getting it to sync with the app on my phone. Now, it not only won't sync, it won't even pair with the phone. I have reset it to factory settings, turned bluetooth off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app on my phone and nothing will work. I like my watch, but I want it to do what it is supposed to do. If it won't pair, it is basically an expensive watch, not a fitness tracker. HELP!

Mine is also suddenly failing to sync/pair. Nightmare. I have tried everything. I think this is a bug somewhere.

Yes, this started happening to me too tonight. Tried all the different resets, nothing works. Plugged into charger and it didn't respond. When I press the side button it just vibrates continuously!

I am just hoping that the software developers know about this and will roll out a fix overnight. I eventually tried unpairing and setting up from scratch. It finally synced when pairing from scratch but the immediately failed to sync the next time I tried. Is this what's happening to you too? It all seems to be since they rolled out an update recently.

same problem for me. my Fitbit dont conect with the phone sins two days. have tried everything but i won't work
