My fitbit wont sync with my Samsung phone. Tried restart and still nothing. Have deleted the account, waited 7 days and set the account up again and still nothing. The fitbit is just show the numbers 001 and the fitbit logo.

Since your tracker is stuck on 001 code, I'd recommend restarting it by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work, I suggest performing a long restart:

Hi
I have tried both restarts and nothing is happening. When you hold the
button for 15 seconds it's just a continuous vibration and the screen is
blank. The fitbit is fully charged and only started to have problems after
the update. I have only had the fitbit since July. What else can I do, to
resolve this issue. Can I send it back for a replacement.
