Hey, my tracker won’t sync at all. I have reset it, done all the suggestions but still no luck.
Maldonado the screen is dull even though it is at 52%. I can’t really see. I reckon it’s going to die soon which is disappointing since I had the black out issue 6 months ago and this is my second Charge 3 tracker. Anyone able to help??

Thank you for your reply. Yes I did contact support and although I waited quite some time for a response, they did get back to me. In the meantime my fitbit had actually died. Support have issued a replacement which I am now awaiting! It was a tough one at this particular time, with Covid 19 but patience is definitely a virtue in this case. I looked at all the options before contacting support. I reset it, deleted apps, reinstalled it all but still no joy. I would recommend that others who are similar or the same issues should contact support and be patient. Thank you.
