Charge 3 won’t sync now it is losing time too

So the charge 3 started not syncing a few days ago it cannot find it - I have tried turning it on and off, forgetting it and re starting with Bluetooth, taking it off the all totally and starting again. All work for one sync then back to square one. And now it can’t even tell time which means it’s use as a sleep tracker execute tracker etc is gone! I assume they have done some sort of upgrade that has done this does anyone know if a fix is coming

@Premiumripoff Thanks for stopping by!

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following (that includes some steps that you have already tried):

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi I have done all that totally started again - it worked once. This feels like a software issue not something just me! I read at least ten comments on the same lines yesterday I definitely think Fitbit have done something with a release or update! Not sure why we always get told to do all the work ourselves? Is there a fix coming do you know
