Charge 3 won't sync or show the correct time

My charge3 will "loose time". So... it's anywhere from 1-20min slow. It will no longer stay connected w my app and when I try to sync it will not work. Looks like it cannot find my charge. If I restart phone and put charge

on charger it seems to help but it will only sync once and back to being screwed up.

Please help me!

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't show the correct time and it doesn't stay connected to your phone's app. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Hi there.
I uninstalled and reinstalled app on my phone and restarted my charge3.
This seemed to remedy the problem. However, by the end of the night things
went south again. I have not been able to sync and watch is about 40min
behind. This is very frustrating! I have been wearing my old school watch
instead as it is imperative that my watch keep time!
