Charge 3 won’t sync or stay connected to bluetooth

Hi,

 

I have a charge 3 and for the last few weeks it’s been failing to sync throughout the day.  Also, for the last 2 days, it’s only synced once a day. It’s also failing to stay paired and stay connected to Bluetooth. Please can anyone advise what I should do?

Hi @Trebs91, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't sync or stay connected to your phone's Bluetooth. I totally understand.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

 

I'll also be around if any question arises.

I am having the same issues.  I even set my Bluetooth and app to forget my device.  Now it says it found my device but it won’t connect to it.

Yes, have been trying various suggestions over the last 2 weeks. Updated ap, plus trying various suggestions I have read on forums. Having no luck syncing with iPad, plus time is incorrect on the FitBit Charge 3. Currently not using it, as it is not able to give

me correct information.

I am having the same issues too,  tried all the suggestions but won't sync with the app on my Samsung galaxy, or my kindle, and is showing the wrong time. Totally useless at the moment as not even good for telling the time!

Good afternoon, 

 

I have followed and tried all of the advice and instructions, with no luck. 

I can’t get the device to connect to Bluetooth and stay connected. There are lines on the front of the device and it’s now not showing the right time. I’ve been unable to use my Fitbit properly for 3 weeks, and for the last week, haven’t been able to use it at all. I only got it in Feb and I’m very disappointed it’s only worked and last for a few months. 

Can you advise what I should do next please?
