Charge 3 won't sync to Samsung Galaxy S10

Just received my s10 last night. My charge 3 will not sync to it.

Sync is flaky. Samsung and fitbit nee to get their act together and fix this problem.

I bought a $900 premium phone and I can't even sync the Fitbit that is ridiculous

Same here. Trying some of the suggestions in comments. It’s taking a long time to connect, though. Please, Fitbit, work on making Samsung s10 a compatible device.

so according to the reply fibit routinely test phones for comparability, well its been 2 months now and nothing. I thought fitbit was supposed to be a major player in fitness/smart watches I guess I was wrong.

I just got an Samsung S10+. Once I unpaired my Blaze Fitbit from my old S7, I was able to pair to the S10+

I just bought a samsung galaxy 10 5g and they told me ( and keep telling me it is compatible) but its not, do you know if it will be at all?

It doesn’t work. Samsung have t the software for the Samsung galaxy 10 plus. Maybe their release of their own fit watch has held it back, but I had to change my phone back to I phone as it does not support fit bit.

Do you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy S10 will become compatible?

Just received the fitbit charge 3 as a gift and it doesnt work with my S10😖

When just picked up our S10 plus this weekend and my wife's is syncing with her charge 3 . We did nothing but special not sure why it works on some not others. I had to follow steps that app guided me through to get my versa to work but so far so good. Once again it is a mystery to me why some work and others don't.

How did you get it to sync? Just picked up the S10+ yesterday and in a million years never thought there would be a syncing issue😩

I had to uninstall fitbit app2 twuce and on the 3rd time it synced. Keep trying to unistall and reinstall. I hope this helps.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

It was really odd we just set up my wife's new phone and it was working
fine. I have a versa and when I first tried it, the app could not find the
watch so I followed the instructions that it gave. What worked for me was
completed closed app turned my phone's bluetooth on and off, removed versa
from previous items connected then I opened the Fitbit app and added the
watch and it found it and synced and it has been working fine. I really do
not understand why it works for some and not all, my only thought is a
setting that is being missed and cannot be tracked down.

Make sure you delete the Fitbit payoff of your old phone. Install it on your new phone and try again. Good luck

So disappointed that my fitbit will not sync with my s10+. I had to buy a new phone, from the s8+ and now my fitbit will not sync with my new phone. I just figured that it would, as it had worked with the s8. So now I can't sync with my WW app, nor get weather etc. Pretty expensive pedometer watch!
