Charge 3 won't sync to Samsung S9

Charge 3 wont sync to samsung S9. Hasnt done so since 26th December. I've done EVERYTHING that is suggested. This is REALLY p'ing me off now as it isn't the first time. Is this just a ploy to buy a new watch as mine is now  couple of years old?

Hi @bikerimp  my Alta HR is no longer being made, but I'm still wearing it. They are not trying to force you to buy a new FItbit.
