After 3 days successful syncing with Windows 10 on laptop, my Charge 3 has stopped syncing which means I can't see any new info on my dashboard. Not using a mobile. With a device costing over £100 I find this disappointing. Considering sending it back for a refund as it seems incompatible in this and other respects with Windows 10 (have up-to-date 1903).

Hi there @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by. I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation. I appreciate your feedback for the Fitbit trackers.
If your Charge 3 stopped syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi
Thanks - I stumbled my way to success and am syncing again. I had only been accessing the readout material each day on PC by signing in with my email address and fitbit password (under Windows 10).
Didn't realize there would be a Fitbit app on the PC also (which for any other struggling novices has a different page layout - more like what would see on a mobile phone). I went to my PC Start and scrolled down to find "Fitbit New". Clicked on it and after a while the app version appeared and self synced. (Again for newbys - this has far more setting options than show in Windows eg I found where to change clock face).
I prefer the Windows pages for viewing. Back there everything seemed okay and up-to-date. Hope this may help others. Feeling friendlier towards my Fit bit, thanks.
