Charge 3 won't sync to my Fitbit app

My Charge 3 device is recording info and is charged however the App is not showing any data and shows a low battery. Any ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be glad to help you to get you back on track with the synchronization of your Charge 3. Thanks for the details provided.

In regards to the battery percentage on your Fitbit app, it updates the battery level every time you sync. Said so, since your Charge 3 hasn't synced yet, the app will still show the battery percentage of the last synced. 

Once your Charge 3 starts syncing again, you'll see that the battery percentage on your Charge 3 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
