I've had my FitBit Charge 3 for a few months now and has been working fine till now. It's stopped syncing. Things I've tried:
1) Restart Charge 3.
Didn't work.
2) Restart IPhoneX.
Didn't work.
3) Uninstall FitBi tiOS app and reinstall.
Didn't work.
4) Turn off Bluetooth on IPhone and turn back On
Didn't work.
5) Remove Charge 3 from Bluetooth devices on phone and remove from FitBit App.
Better success. When trying to add the Charge 3 device to my FitBit App, took about an hour or waiting and entering multiple 4 digit codes to connect the device before a connection was made and my data was synced. Then I loose the device again and have to go through the 1 hour process again to sync my device.
I've repeated all of these steps for 2 weeks now without success.
Please advise
